Touchstone
A property management brand built to meet the landlord's needs.
Background
It’s nice to be recommended, so when a serial non-executive chairman needed help from a trusted agency with both business and brand expertise at one of his companies he introduced The House to his CEO.
Our initial brief was to refresh Touchstone’s corporate identity, then a year later, following the acquisition of two new companies, our challenge was to create a new parent brand and align all the subsidiary companies under ‘one roof’.
What we did
We created a new identity for the Touchstone Group, underpinned by the clear brand message ‘Trusted to a T’. Castle Estates was rebranded as Touchstone Residential, to provide maximum impact on the high-street, whilst retaining the visual DNA of the Touchstone group. This identity was applied to everything from business stationery to advertising.
Did it work?
A picture is worth a thousand words. New store frontages have been designed to be attention grabbing and window displays striking and reassuring. The new branding has equipped all the branches nationally to tell the Touchstone brand story and enabled its employees to communicate what they do in a clear, believable way – sometimes perceived as a rare thing in the world of property. This confident rebrand has resulted in an increase in business across the whole Touchstone estate.
