Graham Massey
Director
Graham is co-founder of The House, his passion is finding alignment within organisations to achieve sustainable success; setting a vision that everybody in the organisation shares and understands; its fundamental purpose (beyond making money) underpinned by a set of core values that determine what it stands for and how it behaves – its culture.
The reason Graham get’s out of bed everyday is ‘to build brands people believe in, buy from and want to work for’.

Steve Fuller
Creative Director
Steve Fuller is co-founder of The House. He has over 20 years experience in creative agencies, working with brands as diverse as Jack Daniel’s, Sea-Life, Odeon Cinemas, Fiskars and Green Knickers. Steve is regularly asked to work as a creative brand development consultant at board level as well as working alongside cross-agency advertising, PR and digital teams.
Steve describes his brand values as generous, inventive, playful, contrary – but always constructive – he uses his creativity to build big ideas.

Jayne Mansfield
Brand Director
Jayne is a highly experienced strategic marketer with an excellent track record of delivering results in challenging environments. She has developed and nurtured brands and the teams that manage them across both national, and international markets.
She earned her marketing stripes with British Airways, where she led the launch of the alliance brand Oneworld and oversaw the communications campaign for the rebrand of BA’s First and Club World. She then moved to Orange telecom group as Head of Group Brand Strategy.

Sam Dyer
Senior Designer
From London to the South West, Sam has nearly 10 years experience in all aspects of design, from initial concept development through to implementation and final artwork. With a love for ideas, Sam believes that the best design does not only have to look the part, but it should also have an impactful creative concept behind it. Sam has worked for clients such as Natwest, Twinings, Diageo, BP and Vodafone; designing and art directing everything from internal communications to brand identity.

Adam Lury
Adam began his career in advertising and in 1987 co-founded Howell Henry Chaldecott Lury - Campaign magazines Agency of the Decade in 1999.
He also built up a management consultancy practice independently of the agency dedicated to working with CEOs on corporate purpose.
He worked for three years with Lord Browne just after he became CEO of BP. Other clients have included Mike Harris of First Direct and Barbara Cassani of Go.
He worked as an independent political advisor to Tony Blair and his team on the articulation of the New Labour ?Project? before and during the 1997 election and has since advised on a more informal basis.
After the successful sale of the agency in 1998 Adam left in 1999 and, working in collaboration, has published four novels. Two, published by Bantam/Corgi feature the computer based detective Dogg (Dangerous Data and Blood Data).
He continues his management consultancy practice with a current emphasis on the third sector both in the UK and abroad.
He was one of the 50 founding members of the European Council on Foreign Relations.
He is a non-executive director of the consultancy Impower and a trustee of the Princes Youth Business International.

Veronica Hannon
PR Director
Veronica has over a decade’s experience running communications companies and six years working as a journalist and editor for some of the UK’s leading publishers.
She promotes clients through conferences, winning awards, employee engagement programmes, regional and community stakeholder relationship building, events and exhibitions, social marketing and media relations. She also supports clients in the creation of marketing collateral including research and report writing, thoughtleadership through white papers and issue-based articles, updating website and creating an interactive web-based resource centre. -
Claire Harewood
Account Manager
Claire is an experienced and informed marketer. With a background in professional services, first at Bristol law firm TLT and latterly as marketing manager at KPMG in London, Claire has worked with business owners to develop creative ways to implement marketing strategies for both customers and internal audiences. She is an agile thinker, her client background disciplines are balanced nicely by an ability to adapt to some of the more entrepreneurial demands of The House client base.

Samantha Burt
Account Manager
Sammy gained experience in various areas of Hospitality Management and Finance before putting her client facing experience, keen eye for detail and thorough business knowledge to work managing client accounts. She has had a rapid and varied education in marketing and most notably managing complex web projects.
Sammy thoroughly enjoys the relationships built with both her clients and suppliers, these relationships make it easy to outline projects, assess expectations and deliver projects on time and on budget. She is keen to apply comparable rules of web usability to building great brands and in turn, great businesses.

Lisa Carter
Junior Account Manager
Since graduating from Bournemouth University with a degree in Interactive Media Production, Lisa gained valuable experience working in the marketing sector, propelling her own passion for brand development and desire to create commercial success for her clients.
Joining The House as a Junior Account Manager, Lisa aims to bring her skills in client account management, research, PR and social media to the table, as well as overseeing our ethical merchandise agency, Re-sourceful. -
