The Paladin Group consists of businesses in the area of property management, maintenance and protection, each of which is considered the best in it’s field.
thehouse developed a the brand identity for the Paladin Property Management Group, from name creation (the word ‘Paladin’ translates as a protector of people and property) we generated brand guidelines, design templates, internal communication materials, employee handbooks and the organisation's intranet site.
As Paladin – a protector of people and property – they are now able to talk about the company with real clarity. This has helped create a culture of company pride and given them the confidence to cross sell their services.

The name ‘Paladin’ a champion of good causes, encapsulates the brand values and purpose of the organisation - to protect their client's properties and the people within them. This clearly positions the brand in the minds of both their clients and their team, enabling them to understand their roles and responsibilities.
The Paladin brand's visual identity has resonance with a stonemason’s mark, a striking, confident signature 'A' at the centre, appears in debossed form on all corporate literature, from brochures through to business cards. The brochure itself has real gravitas. Bold, black and white photographic spreads provide stature and status, the content is endorsed by client testimonials and the presentation delivered on premium, tactile stock materials. We have given Paladin a confident identity that befits a company with their proven track record, more importantly through our brand development process, we were able to identify and reinforce the values and culture of their business.
As well as corporate literature and web, thehouse provided internal communication pieces including 'Living Up To Our Name' - a guide to being a Paladin employee, how to live the brand values and be a Champion of good causes.
